Thermal Gas Flow Meters
Thermal gas mass flow meters based on thermal dispersion theory directly measuring standard/mass flow of compressed air, nitrogen, natural gas, process gas.
Comate inline Thermal Gas Flow Meters: TGF460 and TGF600. The high precious model TGF460 is designed for compressed air and nitrogen gas flow measurement at a low price for most applications. The TGF600 is available in inline install and flanged in-line type for heavy-duty industrial gas flow measurement.
TGF thermal mass flow meter connected with COMATE APP via Bluetooth, users can read the measured value on their phone and remote monitoring with the help of self-diagnostics!
TGF460 Thermal Gas Flow Meter is specially designed for compressed air, nitrogen gas thermal mass flow meter measurement solution. It can provide a stable and accurate measurement at a more economical cost. It has 1.5% FS+0.5RD accuracy on a 100:1 wide turndown ratio. The compact design and thick probe are easier to install under a pressure pipeline.
TGF600 Series Inline Thermal Gas Flow Meters with more rugged design to adapt to harsh industrial applications. It implements COMATE’s latest sensor filming technology and high sensitivity sensors to ensure a stable measurement at a shallow flow rate down to 0.3Nm/s. The standard insertion model can fit in the pipeline from DN80~DN500, and an extended model can fit in the smaller pipe down to DN25 and larger pipe up to DN 2000.
TGF600 Screw-in connection thermal mass flow meters designed for small pipe size gas flow measurement.
0.3~30Nm/s;0.6~60Nm/s;0.9~90Nm/s for option
The TGF200 series microflow meter measures dry air, nitrogen, and other non-corrosive gas based on thermal mass flow measurement technology. It is designed to measure the mass and standard flow in small pipelines in general industry and laboratory.
1/2″ ~ 1″ (8mm~25mm) small pipeline measurement.
What are the different types of these thermal mass flowmeters?

thermal mass flowmeter is to measurement of fluid flow in closed conduits. The flow meter with two sensors mounted on a probe, inserted through the process conduit wall, into the gas stream. An amount of heating power P is applied to one of the sensors, causing its temeprature to raise to a measured value T2, the other sensor measures the gas temperature T1. The gas mass flowrate can be determined from the temperature difference between the heated sensor and the gas(T=T2-T1), and the amount of heating power P applied. thermal mass flowmeter is to measurement of fluid flow in closed conduits. An amount of heating power P is applied to one of the sensors, causing its temeprature to raise to a measured value T2, the other sensor measures the gas temperature T1. The gas mass flowrate can be determined from the temperature difference between the heated sensor and the gas(△T=T2-T1), and the amount of heating power P applied. Constant heating current which is to heat the Tv RTD with consistent current and analyze the temperature difference between Tv and Ta= △T. Flow rate is computed based on the heated velocity sensor and the temperature sensor △T. Constant temperature differential which is to heat the Tv RTD with changing current, to keep the temperature difference between Tv and Ta consistent. Flow rate is computed based on the amount of electrical power added to heat the velocity sensor.
